Until Now<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But improbability didn&rsquo;t stop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/bugatti\/\">Bugatti<\/a> for long. Soon after the reveal, the brand confirmed it would indeed build 40 examples of the Bolide, all limited to track use. <\/p>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-organic\"><\/div>\n<p>Although the production model doesn&rsquo;t quite boast the same performance stats as the concept, it remains the closest thing to a Le Mans-spec race car that Bugatti owners can buy. Now, that ambitious promise has reached its final chapter as the last <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carscoops.com\/tag\/bugatti-bolide\/\">Bolide <\/a>has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s also among the final cars to leave the factory powered by Bugatti&rsquo;s legendary 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine, producing 1,578 hp and 1,179 lb ft, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its lightweight construction, tipping the scales at just 3,196 lbs (1,450 kg), the Bolide sprints from 0&ndash;100 km\/h (62 mph) in only 2.2 seconds, reaches 300 km\/h (186 mph) in 11.5 seconds, and pushes on to a top speed of 380 km\/h (236 mph).<\/p>\n<section class=\"type:slideshow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazy \" data-src=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" src=\"\" data-type=\"inarticle-image\" \/><\/section>\n<p>All 40 units have been hand-assembled at Bugatti&rsquo;s facility in Molsheim, France.
